Scheduling Appointments

Please schedule your appointment in advance to ensure desired date and time of your visit.  If you would like a specific staff member to provide your service please make that request during scheduling.  A gift card or credit card is required to secure ALL Saturday, Sunday, Monday or private spa party appointments.

Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, cash, Spa Finder, and JonBre Gift Cards.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.  Any late arrivals will receive the duration of the treatment time available and be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a single treatment require 24 hours notice.  Multiple services, packages and groups require a 48 hour notice.  Failure to give proper notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge for each missed service.  Failure to give any notice will result in a 100% charge for missed service.

Monthly Specials

Monthly Specials cannot be combined with any other offers/promotions/coupons.  Monthly specials are valid during the issue month only.  Treatment substitutions will not be made.  

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  The professional staff at JonBre is committed to providing excellence service.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your treatment please notify us within 7 days.  We hope that all clients will leave relaxed, refreshed & rejuvenated, however if we ever fall below exceptional service, please allow us the opportunity to correct the situation. 

Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are available on-line, by phone or direct from JonBre European Spa.  Gift Cards are non-refundable, they are transferable and valid for 1 year from the issue date.  Gift Cards purchased with a monthly special are valid for 1 month only.  Your Gift Card can be used for spa treatments or retail shop items.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated by our service providers.  With groups of 4 or more 18% gratuity will be added.  Unless noted on the Gift Card, gratuities are not included in the service price and can not be deducted from the Gift Card.

Returns

Retail products may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit.  No cash refunds will be given, with the exception of Dermalogica products which are refundable if unsatisfied.

Cell Phones

Please be mindful when entering the spa and turn all cell phones to silent.

Children

Children ages 5-13 are welcome to visit JonBre for treatments found on our childrens menu.  Due to safety and liabilty issues children are not allowed in treatment areas unless receiving a service.
